Our Story
Our journey as a family builder started in 2009, when Jason and his brother Dale, an electrician and plumber by trade, project managed the custom build of a luxury four-bedroom detached dwelling, a property that Jason made his own home. Both realising their passion in construction and design, continued to build more and more small developments in Yorkshire.
In 2015, Jason and Dale, along with their mum joined resources and formed the family business, and just like that Yorkshire Choice Homes was born. A friendly local home builder specialising in luxury family homes with innovative, creative design features using only the highest quality materials and fittings.
Our philosophy has stayed the same since day one, build a home you would want to make your own home.
We may have started with one home, but since then we’ve expanded to a brilliant team of local craftsmen who take pride in their work, capable of building large developments. We don’t just build properties, we build homes.
In 2018, our hard work and dedication to excellence was rewarded with the NHBC North East Pride in Job award. A huge milestone that helped us reflect on our exciting journey.
Our growth hit a new high in 2022 after we received significant investment to enable us to continue growing. The investment demonstrated not just our incredible work ethic but also our enormous potential.
Now our sights are set firmly on the future and building the finest quality homes in the heart of Yorkshire.
